KCTRI has been conducting free cancer awareness camps in many places of this region. Every year about 10 - 15 such camps are organized to educate the people in early detection of cancer through slide shows, lectures, wall posters, etc. The importance of blood donation is also highlighted in these camps. Free cancer detection clinic is organized in KCTRI on every Saturday, all round year.
